Ya'll!

I've been up again since like 3:15am. Don't ask me why. I don't know why. A nap will surely happen today. Anyway, I decided to get on my new favorite blog and find me a new recipe. You probably all have known about this lady for a long time now. I have not but I'm so happy to say that I've discovered The Pioneer Woman!! Not that my marriage needs saving BUT....I think she may have just saved my marriage!!!! Brian likes my cooking but sometimes I get stuck in a rut with the same ol' same ol'. Not anymore!!! Oh, Pioneer Woman, what can I say? She is every woman. That's all I know. But there is a section on there with recipes. Gobs and gobs of recipes. Jackpot city!! So I'm just looking through the recipes this morning and found one for a breakfast item. I just so happened to have all the ingredients in my pantry and since I was up and all...I decided to make them. Ya'll! I nearly passed out from the yummy goodness that ARE French Breakfast Puffs. Seriously. And if my crew weren't sound asleep I would have hollered, or whatever. I'm telling you....GO MAKE THEM!!! And don't even pay attention to the amount of butter and other such ingredients. Just don't. They are good!!! So thank you, Pioneer Woman, for taking my marriage to new heights!! My husband is in heaven!!!!!

Amy - you also need to try the Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes she mentioned in a recent post. Heaven. Comfort food to the max. Love her!

Thanks for the blog suggestion...I am like you...I get in a rut sometimes and I don't know what to cook. The breakfast you made this morning...is what I cook on Christmas Morning every year...except I cheat...I just use regualr Pillsbury biscuits...but I am sure the homeade version is better!
